Thinking of hosting a Paint & Praise event….Here’s what you need to know!
Classes last 2 ½ – 3 hours
Cost is $35 per person ($36 if on credit card)
A scripture-based devotional accompanies each painting.
I schedule events at my location – 112 North Beaton St. in downtown Corsicana, TX
Or, if you are more than 30 miles out of town, at your location – church, school, workplace, etc.
I provide all the art supplies you need. You invite your friends! (minimum of 8 maximum of 40)
You may bring non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. (plates, napkins, cups, etc.)
I provide bottled water.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time.
You publicize and invite guests. (minimum of 15 maximum of 40 unless other arrangements are made)
Travel fee – .35 cents per mile. Lodging if there is an overnight stay.
Final count and payment is due 5 days before the event. I always bring supplies for a few extra people!
Guests should arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time.
You provide tables and chairs for each guest.
Tables should be covered with disposable covers.
You are in charge of snacks and beverages. (No alcoholic beverages please.)
I provide all the painting supplies, easels, canvases, etc.
I need access to the building 1 hour prior to the event for set up.
I clean-up the paints, brushes, and cups, etc. after the event.

Deposit of $35 to be sent at the time we reserve the date.
Payment for guests is due 5 days prior to the event.
Refunds given only for cancellation made 72 hours or more prior to the date.
I cannot give refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
